Vuma is operated by Auxo Digital (Pty) Ltd, South Africa. Last updated 15 October 2026.
This is an interim version. Vuma is an internal tool for Auxo Digital and the people it shares contracts with.
Auxo Digital (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for Vuma under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
- Members and guests: your Auxo ID profile (name, email, picture), your role, and a log of the documents you view, download, change or share.
- Contract records: contracts, their versions and email-thread summaries, which can contain names and contact details of the people involved in them.
Why
To keep Auxo Digital's contracts in one place, remind people of next steps and key dates, and show who looked at or changed what. We don't sell personal information.
Where it lives
Records are stored in Google Cloud's Johannesburg region, files on Cloudflare R2 (private, short-lived links only), and reminder emails are sent through Resend.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information: write to support@auxodigital.africa.
